Ingredients:
* Vegetable Oil or Cooking Spray
* 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can Cheddar Cheese Soup
* 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
* 1 (10 ounce) can of Tomatoes
* 1 whole chicken, cooked, boned, and chopped or use 4 cups of cooked chicken breast
* Unsalted butter for greasing pan
* 1 package of flour tortillas
* 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions:
1) Preheat oven to 350° .
2) Spray a 13 by 9-inch pan with cooking spray.
3) In a large bowl, stir together 3 kinds of soup and the tomatoes.
4) Stir in chicken.
5) Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning and ending with tortillas.
6) Sprinkle the cheese over casserole and bake for 30 minutes
Tip:
For a spicier casserole use Rotel with chilies instead of the can of tomatoes and Mexican cheese soup instead of Cheddar Cheese soup.

Lasagna
Ingredients:
* 1 lb of ground beef
* 1 1/2 cup of water
* 32 oz. Ragu
* 1 - 15 oz Cottage Cheese
* 3 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
* 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
* 1/4 cup parsley
* 1 tsp. salt
* 1/4 tsp. pepper
* 2 eggs
* 9 Lasagna Noodles (cook extra in case a couple break)
Directions:
1.) Boil noodles according to the directions on the box.
2.) Brown meat in separate pan and drain...then add water and Ragu to meat and let simmer.
3.) Add the remainder of the ingredients in bowl and stir together.
4.) Put 1 cup of sauce in the bottom of a 9X13 in casserole dish.
5) Add three noodles.
6) Add cheese mixture.
7) Alternate sauce, noodles, cheese ending with sauce.
8) Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

Chicken Dressing Casserole
Ingredients:
* 4 chicken breast boiled and cooled and broke into pieces
* 1 can cream of chicken soup
* 1 can cream of celery soup
* 1/3 cup evaporated milk
* 1-8oz box of Stove Top Stuffing Cornbread Dressing Mix
* 5 T margarine
* 2 cups chicken broth
* Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
1) Layer chicken in long casserole dish.
2) Heat soups, milk, salt and pepper and pour over chicken.
3) Melt butter in sauce pan - add broth and stuffing mix - let stand until blended.
4) Put dressing mix on top of chicken and soup.
5) Bake for 30 minutes at 350°
